One of my favorite of the 14 Punctuation Marks You Never Knew Existed:

The Snark

Also called the Percontation Point and the Irony Mark, this one’s used to indicate that there’s another layer of meaning in a sentence. Usually a sarcastic or ironic one. So it is essentially a tool for smart people to use to make stupid people feel even stupider. Which makes it the best punctuation mark of all.

I was going about it all wrong!  I used to think that sarcasm type-face would be a great way to display sarcasm through text (and I still think this is true), but a punctuation mark would be so much more doable!  I like it.

This might be the best thing I’ve ever seen.

Alice in Wonderland Climbing Wall by Nendo

Located in the Omotesando shopping center in Japan, this fashionable rock-climbing wall contains baroque picture frames, mirrors, deer heads, birdcages, and flower vases as grasping points so you can feel pretentious while you work out.

Here’s a version of Van Gogh’s Starry Night created using thousands of curled up strips of paper. Susan Myers used a process called paper quilling to painstakingly build up her version of the piece.

This is just marvelous. Beyond words.

Oh. Oh wow.

=O no words…

New goal: attempt to recreate this amazingness
